Christopher Condon is a distinguished entrepreneur, former professional tennis player, and seasoned financial advisor, currently spearheading initiatives in Social Impact projects, public-private partnerships, and the development of smart communities that benefit both individuals and governments. Born in Brooklyn, NY, in 1975 and raised on Long Island, NY, Mr. Condon has built a reputation for his keen ability to identify lucrative opportunities, negotiate contracts, secure capital, and structure strategic business alliances and exits.

By 2019, Mr. Condon had founded Economic Transformation Technologies (ETT), where he currently serves as CEO and Executive Chairman. ETT is the world’s first group of companies dedicated to enhancing sovereign economic performance, job creation, GDP growth, and the creation of knowledge economies of happiness. ETT measures national success through the "Happiness Quotient," leveraging fifth-generation technologies in healthcare, education, real estate, supply chain, smart cities, hospitality, automotive, and renewable energy sectors. The company is at the forefront of the Platform as a Service (PaaS) industry, with its Intelligent Interoperability Ecosystem Platform featuring advanced AI, data science, machine learning, lexicon management, and other critical workflows.

Mr. Condon's academic journey began at Nassau Community College, where he showcased his exceptional tennis skills by winning the National Gold Medal in singles and the Silver Medal in doubles at the college tennis championships. His athletic prowess earned him a full tennis scholarship to Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida, in 1996. 

Transitioning from sports to finance, Mr. Condon embarked on his professional career as a Financial Advisor at PaineWebber & Co. His entrepreneurial spirit soon led him to collaborate with UCLA on pioneering environmental technologies, including Plasma Torch technology for waste remediation, non-linear ion propulsion engines for the telecommunications industry, cell phone frequency remediation, and ion separator technologies. He successfully ventured into the beverage industry, establishing a company and distributing his brand to approximately 10,000 locations.

In 2012, Mr. Condon founded Health Symmetric, the first healthcare technology company certified by Health & Human Services as a platform and achieving a perfect score on HiTrust for security. The company secured a Master Service Agreement with United Healthcare, solidifying its position in the healthcare technology sector.
